The homogenizer is equipped at tank bottom, operator can choose the position of homogenizer to use internal emulsifying or external emulsifying. It forms strong circulation because of the work of high speed emulsifying and low speed scraping, there is no dead zone for mixing, the product can be mixed, emulsified, dispersed and homogenized completely. It creates very good particle. The result of emulsifying is better than batch emulsifier.

  • The tank shape is V type, it discharges the product by pressurized type, and simplify the product transferring into the storage tank.
  • Vessel is jacketed type, can do heating and cooling as necessary.
  • Vacuum pump of water ring type, it can be used in sucking the material into the emulsifying vessel and also get rid of air bubbles inside the product, it extend the preservation of product. And pump of water ring system, no gas generated and it meet GMP standard.
  • The scraping anchor is with Teflon scrapers, they can scrape off the product which sticks to the tank wall to increase better mixing. The Teflon scrapers can be disassembled and assembled quickly, no extra tool is necessary.
  • The operation data can be stored in the PLC unit, operation can have complete record for each batch and make comparison. With touch screen of 10.4”, easy for operation and setting, the convenience is increased.
  • There is water proof and dust proof inspection light and viewing window, for checking the inside situation.
  • This unit has safety devices, such as vacuum safety unit, three phase powder safety device, over-loaded protection of motors, safety valve of tank jacket, and emergency stop button. It assures the security of operation.
  • The contacted part is SUS#316, non-contacted part is SUS#304. it’s good for CIP/SIP system, and meet cGMP.
  • The mixing shaft is German made, low wear, and meet FDA.
  • The mixing shaft is hardness treated, over hardness 63.
