  • The normal design is that the anchor mixer is installed in the middle of vessel and the high speed homogenizer and disperser are in the space between the shaft and outside blades. The anchor blades send the materials to the areas to be efficiently processed, it reduce the production time. And the anchor blades can also scrape the materials attached to the tank wall to improve the uniform heat exchange.
  • The high speed disperser can dissolve the powder ingredient in very short time. 
  • There are several types of homogenizer available, high viscosity, low viscosity, high shearing type. You can choose the one you need for your products.
  • The material contacted part is SUS#316, mixing blades are easy for clean and assembled which are accord with CGMP standard (CIP/SIP).
