This machine is suitable for material heating, melting, emulsifying, mixing, cooling etc. And in manufacturing process, the temperature control, change of mixing speed, vacuum de-aerating can be done by this machine all together.

The upper part of this machine is a dual speed mixing mechanism, and the lower part of this machine is an emulsifying device. With the unit of multi-mixing blades, and internal paddle & outer scrapper rotate in different direction, it helps the blending sufficiently. The space between the tank bottom and stator is short, therefore, it form a very strong power of impact by circulation during operation. In the vessel, the mixture can be micro-homogenized and get ideal fineness and smoothness after mixing. 

The direction of circulation is from the up to bottom, it's not easy to have air in products. If the mixture has less oil ingredient, this type of machine will achieve the effects of emulsifying sufficiently, and the time of operation will be shorten as well. After the completely emulsifying at the tank bottom, the structure of product will become strong. With this type of emulsifying equipment, there is no limit of working capacity for each operation, not as others should have at least 1/3 volume of full capacity.
